So you want to be a professional trainer? Here are some cool tips for you to get started now:
Be confident on your topic and speak up. Of course you need to believe in what you’re presenting and training before you can project that kind of confidence but thats precisely what you need to do. You need to actually REALLY believe in whatever you’re presenting and come across as extremely confident. Confidence is contagious.
Be aware of your body/hand gestures. Be conscious of where your hands are, be natural, don’t tuck them in your pockets and hang around nervously. Hand gestures can be extremely useful to punctuate and to bring your points across.
Depending on whom and what you’re training, try to add an element of interactivity to your audience. Having interaction will increase the level of engagement and will make your participants remember your training that much more.
